GOING DEEP – Tristan Olenick of the Bellerose Bulldogs winds up for a pass as Morgan Anderson (55) and the rest of the offensive line provide protection for the Grade 10 quarterback in last week's 15-7 loss to the Austin O'Brien Crusaders (4-1) in the metro Edmonton junior division. The last game for the Bulldogs (2-3) before the Nov. 7 playoffs is Thursday against the Jasper Place Rebels (2-3) at 5:30 p.m. at Larry Olexiuk Field. Meanwhile, the season is over for the senior Bulldogs (3-4) after Friday's 49-14 loss to the Crusaders (5-2) in the opening playoff round in the division one Carr conference.

CAPTURED - Arden Biesinger of the Bellerose Bulldogs (2-1) is caught from behind by Noah Virga of the O'Leary Spartans (0-3) in Tuesday's metro Edmonton junior game at Larry Olexiuk Field. The Bulldogs are winners of two in a row after the 44-8 decision. The Bulldogs are in Sherwood Park on Wednesday to play the Salisbury Sabres (2-0) at 5 p.m. at Emerald Hills.
